Gujarat University allots students despite management saying no for admission

In the first round of allotment for Master of Arts (MA) courses, the Gujarat University's admission committee has allotted seats to candidates for H K Arts College, an institute which discontinued post-graduate courses last year owing to staff crunch and other issues.
